Reward One $150,000 shall be paid to the person or persons who provide valuable information that directly leads to the verified discovery of Dia Kenshalo Abrams’ presence and/or location, dead or alive.

Reward Two $150,000 shall be paid to the person or persons who provide definitive and previously unknown information leading to the arrest and conviction (after any appeals) of any person or persons who are held responsible for Dia Kenshalo Abrams’ disappearance and/or death.

These Rewards of $300,000 in total are being offered by the Dia Kenshalo Abrams Trust Dated December 16, 2016 (“the Trust”), subject to the terms and conditions below. Each Reward may be paid in whole to one person, or in any part to several persons, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Court appointed Co-Trustee of the Trust.

Note: The same person or person(s) may make a claim for both Reward One and Reward Two.

Conditions for Making a Claim:

1. The Rewards will be administered in two parts by the Co-Trustee of the Trust and its designated agents, in its sole and absolute discretion.

2. The Rewards may be paid in whole to one person, or in any part to several persons, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Co-Trustee of the Trust. The Co-Trustee’s decision shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into following the Co-Trustee’s determination and recommendation(s) of the payee(s) of the Rewards.

3. Reward One will be paid following the verified discovery and location of Dia Kenshalo Abrams’ dead or alive, to one person, or in part to several persons, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Co-Trustee of the Trust. The Co-Trustee of the Trust will submit its recommendation(s) of the payee(s) and amount(s) to be paid from Reward One to the Court under seal and pay any Court approved reward payment(s) within 90 days after the date of Entry of an Order by the Court approving the Co-Trustee of the Trust recommendations for Reward One payment(s). The Trust will take reasonable steps to the extent possible to maintain the anonymity of the Reward One claimant(s).

4. Reward Two will be paid following the verified arrest and conviction (after any and all appeals have been adjudicated) of the person or persons found responsible, after due legal process in a Court of Law, for the disappearance, and or death, of Dia Kenshalo Abrams’, to one person, or in any part to several persons, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Co-Trustee of the Trust. The Co-Trustee of the Trust will submit its recommendation(s) of the payee(s) and amount(s) to be paid from Reward Two to the Court under seal, after the final conviction (after appeal) of the person or person(s) responsible for the disappearance and or death of Dia Kenshalo Abrams, and pay any Court approved reward payment(s) within 90 days after the date of Entry of an Order by the Court approving the Co-Trustee of the Trust recommendations for Reward Two payment(s). The Trust will take reasonable steps to the extent possible to maintain the anonymity of Reward Two claimant(s).

5. All Reward claimant(s) will be required to provide informational tax documents to the Co-Trustee of the Trust prior to any payments being made. Any taxes attributable to Reward payments are the sole responsibility of the claimant(s). If required by tax authorities, withholding taxes will be deducted from any payment(s) made to claimant(s) and deposited with applicable tax authorities for the account of the claimant(s). Copies of tax reporting forms will be sent to the claimant(s) last known address as provided by the claimant(s).

6. Rewards One and Two shall be administered strictly according to the laws of the State of California, and the Riverside County Superior Court in Case No. PRIN2100297, the Honorable Russell Moore Velasquez, Judge, or any successor Judge then presiding, shall retain exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any disputes arising from the administration of Rewards One and Two by the Co-Trustee of the Trust based on the terms and conditions, above.
